CANCELLATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

There are some orders which are we are unable to accept and can be cancelled by our side. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, like under any unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.

Before accepting any order, we need to have some details and information from your side. Before cancelling any order, we will contact you.

In case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91-7906980435 (10:00 hours to 18:30 hours, 7 days a week). If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.

In other cases of order modification/cancellation, please give at least 24 hours’ advance notice. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of Cancellation, 2 % processing fee will be applicable.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Raksha Bandhan etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.


Please expect minor blemishes when leaf damage to your plants as plants get a shock when they are in a box for a few days. If your plant/planter arrives in a dead/damaged or near dead condition or in any discrepancy please send us your Order ID and a picture of the plant/planter with the packaging box to within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that if the plants have been repotted we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.

However, we don’t accept returns of plants. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase we can only send you a replacement, after verification of the images of the damaged product images on the first contact. If in any case the black nursery pot is broken (only when completely damaged) during transit, please repot the plant, there will be no return or refund for damaged pot if the plant received in healthy.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 Hours of receipt of the products.

To return your product (excluding live plants), ship  your product to: Wildroots, near OBC Bank, Balawala, Dehradun, 248001.

Please note that the shipping cost for returns will not be borne by us and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund shall be made under following conditions:

  1. Order was cancelled.
  2. Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
  3. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund. Any extra amount credited to Wildroots’ account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.

Buyer can claim refund for loss in transit if the ordered product(s) has not been delivered at the shipping address (in India) within 15 working days of shipping the order. Such claims will be verified by Wildroots team and only upon establishing the veracity of the claim the amount will be refunded to the buyer. No claims by buyer will be entertained as loss-in-transit if there is evidence that the order has been delivered to the shipping address or if there was no person available to receive the shipment when the delivery of the order was attempted.

In all matters concerning Cancellation and Refund, Wildroots shall have the deciding hand.

Wildroots may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by Wildroots, refund takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 7 to 10 working days.

Wildroots is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Plants, pots, products and tools are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
  • Delay at the end of courier company
