Kaner, Nerium Oleander (Pink) – Plant

Nerium oleander, most commonly known as oleander or nerium, is a shrub or small tree belonging to subfamily Apocynoideae of the dogbane family Apocynaceae and is cultivated worldwide in temperate and subtropical areas as an ornamental and landscaping plant.

Kaner is an evergreen tropical shrub or small tree. Its leaves are willow-like, linear-lanceolate, and glossy green in color. They are covered in the waxy coating to reduce water loss (typical of oleanders). Its stem is green turning silver/gray as it ages.
